@Gaurav_Aggarwalthe article you linked explains how to edit navigation styling via theme settings, however not all themes have the same options available to edit on the front end.
Regarding your instructions, can you please clarify where/how this is possible? From my experience, it is not possible to independently style the mobile navigation by toggling the mobile icon:
Switch to the mobile view by clicking the mobile icon.Adjust the color, style, and visibility settings for the mobile navigation menu.If my reply answered your question please mark it as a solution to make it easier for others to find.

You can customize and edit your navigation menu settings by editing your theme settings kindly refer to this article here
- Switch to the mobile view by clicking the mobile icon.
- Adjust the color, style, and visibility settings for the mobile navigation menu.

Hi@MFazioliit sounds like you're looking for the burger menu - this will depend on the theme you're using and how your website is coded.
