Why won't my Kaiser app work? ›

Experiencing technical issues with the Kaiser Permanente app? Uninstalling and reinstalling an app can solve most technical issues. Uninstalling an app removes the app data, cache, and user data. It may also reset the app settings.

Claims status can only be obtained through one of our self-service tools. Sign-On or Register to access KP Online Affiliate, or view claim status as a guest user. Please note that Self-Funded member claims may not be available in this self-service tool.

Note: Claims can take about 45 days to process. If your claim was incomplete or missing information, it could take longer. If you feel your claim was wrongly denied or the amount you received was incorrect, you have the right to appeal.
