Why do you ask customers to get in touch with you before placing an order?
I need the recipe before processing the order to check the availability of ingredients in the store. Unfortunately, not all categories of items may be in stock. If I have all the ingredients and equipment, I'll be delighted to create the video recipe for you.
What is the cost of ingredients included in 1 recipe?
The cost of ingredients for one recipe is up to $10. If the ingredient cost exceeds $10, you will need to pay the price difference. For example, if you ordered a steak or any other ingredient that costs $30, you would need to pay an additional $20.
Do you shoot videos with food sounds?
No, I shoot videos without food sounds. However, I can shoot videos with food sounds as an extra service, which will incur extra charges. Please feel free to reach out to me for further information.
What resolution do your videos have?
I create videos in 4K format. However, if you require Full HD resolution (1080p), I can provide the video in that resolution as well.
Can I order multiple formats at once (horizontal 16:9, square 1:1, vertical 9:16)?
Yes, you can simultaneously order multiple video formats. This is an additional service and will incur extra charges
When ordering multiple video formats for one recipe, do you shoot different videos?
No, I shoot the horizontal 16:9 video in 4K format and then create the 1:1 and 9:16 formats from that video. The 4K resolution is sufficient to produce the vertical and square versions without any loss of quality. As a result, the vertical video is in 1080p (Full HD) format.
Can you take photos and videos of the recipe preparation steps simultaneously?
Unfortunately, I'm unable to take photos and videos of the recipe preparation steps simultaneously. However, I can provide you with video version without text.
You mentioned that the final result is delivered within 14 days. Is it possible to receive the completed videos earlier?
I always strive to send the completed videos and photos ahead of the specified deadline. However, it depends on the number of projects already ordered.
When ordering a single recipe, the production time is stated as up to 14 days. If I order 5 or 10 recipes, will the timelines remain the same?
No, when ordering from 1 to 10 recipes, the production timelines remain unchanged and will still be up to 14 days. In fact, the process is more efficient for creating 5-10 videos at once. If you order more than 10 recipes in a single order, the production timelines will be discussed separately.
If I need to order multiple recipes and combine all the recipes into one video, such as 3 Easy Breakfasts or 5 Dessert Variations, can you do that?
Yes, I can combine multiple recipes into one video. However, the cost will be calculated based on the number of recipes included.
